- +Is it free to join?Sure is! Passport Club membership is completely free. We just need your name, email and phone number. By joining you're opting in to receiving marketing emails from us. Simply create an account on our website or sign up in-store, and you'll automatically be enrolled in the program. Start earning points with your very first purchase.
- +How do I earn points?Members earn points every time they shop at embarc. The more you shop, the more points you earn! On July 1, Sacramento politicians increased cannabis tax by 4%. To that we say 🖕. For the entire summer– or until the politicians come to their senses– we're DOUBLING the points you earn. That means 2 points for every $1 spent until September 30, 2025.
- +Do points expire?Points expire after 180 days of not visiting embarc. Keep your account active by making at least one purchase every 180 days to maintain your points balance
- +When do new drops go live?New rewards are added every Wednesday at 12pm.
- +How do I check my points balance?Login to the site and your balance will be at the top.
- +I made a purchase and my points aren't updating…Points can take up to 24 hours to show in your account.
- +Can I redeem points earned from one location at another?Yes!
